who uses MIRC

Thats not what I meant.

Te main reason for mIRC is to share music or other programs.
I was merely looking out for the rules set out on this forum thats all

i no 1000's of irc channel's all of which are used for chat so i dont think the use of file sharing ect is that wide spread on quakenet :)
 
yes but MIRC is like a big version of MSN in a weird kind of way you chat in a big channel or you can chat in private. Ventrilo is a communication tool that you use with a mic and physicaly talk :)
