I want to analyze data in excel, but the questions it is more than 30000
rows, it runs very slow.who can give me any suggestions on dealing with this
problem?Thanks a lot.

You don't give enough information for someone to reliably respond. What kind
of analysis are you doing? How much RAM does your computer have?

The answer depends alot on what your data looks like... But normally with
that many rows of data a pivot table is your best solution. Pivot tables can
be used up to a few million rows (when hooked directly to databases) with
remarkably good performance.

Bigger issue will be that if there are calcs on the sheet then there is a
good chance that the dependancy tree will exceed 65,536 dependancies. At that
point XL looses its ability to smart calc and all formulas will become
volatile and be calculated with each calc. Pivot tables get around that as
they pre-aggregate the data...
