Hi all. I'm thinking of incoporating a *big* fan into the side of my present
case, with a diameter of some 25cm (10 inches). I saw some cases around
which already feature this (think e.g.of a Aerocool ExtremEngine Case 3T)
but I think my present case is ok; why would I buy a new case only for that
fan?
I'm thinking of making a large circular hole, installing this fan I'm
looking for, and then allelujah ... my objective is to install 2 watercooled
heat exchangers blowing sideways so I need the cool air inside in the middle
at a low noise cost ... oke - you got the picture I guess.
Now - my problem is that I need this big fan but I can't locate a
manufacturer !
Sure some would run on 220V (in Europe) or 110V (USA) etc but I do not want
high voltage inside my case. No invitations for future accidents in my
house, no thanks!! I want a 12V-DC supply that I can hook up on my regular
PC power supply for that big fan.
Which companies make this? I could not locate a single one! Maybe I'm not
handy enough searching the Internet.
To anyone who shares some suggestions or other useful connections: TIA.
