Who is the user for a PID?

When you go into Task Manager / Processes it will display
the CPU usage and memory usage for a PID. Is there a way
of associating a user with this PID? The environment that
I'm in is Windows 2000 Sever with Terminal Server in
application mode. We are having problems with the CPU
maxing at 100%. I can see the process that is running and
it varies from user to user. So I would like to figure
out what they are doing when a single user can suck up
70% of the CPU.
Thanks for any help in advance.

If you have multiple users on your terminal server, then
task manager should be able to tell which user owns which
process. If the owners of the processes aren't showing
up, then try turning that column on through the "select
column" menu option.
