BlankThis poster is spreading lots of posts which mean absolutely nothing.
If they were actually insulting replies to other posts, it *might* by
understandable. But they are completely indiscriminate. They have no
relevance to the posts to which they arr replying.

So joey0101, if you read this, what are you on about ?

For some reason he's replying to all Tom P's posts. Guess he didn't like an
answer he got.

This sometimes happens when people reply to my posts.

I think it is something in OE6 where it asks for a background. I used to
have one but then removed it. Perhaps I didn't completely remove it, but set
it to "Blank". Replies to my posts then pick up the "Blank"

If it is my problem, any ideas as to how I can fix my posts are welcome

I believe that people are wanting help with a new browser. I believe I am
sending them to the right place until Microsoft sorts out its problem that
people are having with IE 7. I also believe that "Tom " called me something
his mother called him, and now I see that he hasn't really helped people at
all, just run into others post with problems, drop his 2 cents, then leaves
and never returns, leaving the user with more unanswered questions. I also
see in his profile that he has not helped anyone. I have, on the other hand,
helped one person, and I just started doing this. Its not all that hard to
understand. So I am a geek with a tin fiol hat. Now "Tom" deals with a SP
(South Philly) attitude for the insult. Got a problem with that? And let me
also add I see that he also defamed the Italian language on one of his post,
and I take more offense....greatly.
 
Under Tools, Options, Compose do you have a box checked for Stationary (next
to News)?

No it reads Blank

But I note that when I click Select, a file actually exists named
"Blank.htm"
 
What profile for Tom are you referring to? Tom has been here for years and
has helped numerous people. What messages are you referring to that Tom
called you anything. I have no idea which ones you may refer to. Tom's
answers are short and to the point. Usually directing users to a place to
better understand or solve their problem. Example: if they're looking for a
script, he directs them to a keyphrase to enter into Google as there are too
many to choose from without knowing way too many specifics. Most users never
respond to their posts so it's hard to determine exactly which ones have
responded. When Tom or anyone else here doesn't respond to a user who has
responded to them, it's because someone else answered the question, or the
answer just can't be determined and hopefully someone will come along and
finish it off.

What's confusing is the messages you have posted replies to are so old they
don't even show up in my newsreader and it has over three months of postings
in it.
