Depending on the version of Office essentially what you do is a file, Save
As and save as a PowerPoint Show which will place either a .pps or .ppsx
extension on the file. When you email, depending on the music's file format
and size when inserted into the ppt file, you may need to also include the
music file(s) with the show. Some music formats can not be embedded but
only linked. If linked you need to send the file. If embedded the file is
included within the show but the file size may become very large. See your
version of PPT's help for embedding audio files for discussion on file size
to embed or link.
