who changing cm in inches by power point 2007?

If there is a country on this earth that measures in Pixels instead of cm or
inch ... ;-) No, usually you can only choose between cm or inch.

True, but pixels are a loose concept in PPT. It scales shapes up/down to fit the
current display in screenshow mode, so unless you know the resolution and
proportions of the target display device, there's no way to know how many pixels
a given shape will measure out at.

I draw a full-page rectangle on a slide and hand a copy of the PPT file off to
you. We both display the file in presentation mode.

How many pixels is the rectangle? That depends. If the slide dimensions are to
the same proportions as our video displays, and if we both have our video system
set to the same value, then the rectangle will be 1024x768 or whatever our
displays are set for.

Otherwise, all bets are off.
