Who can help me? MY MSN page will not work!

I have contacted MSN, but they are REALLY slow in answering and when they do, it never seems to be any help

Since the update to the new version of the MSN homepage/My MSN, I can not get to the MY MSN page! I get a page that says this page isn't available

It has something to with my .net passport, I imagine...seeing as how I can't get into it on ANY computer and other people's .net passports work on my computer...meaning they can access their MY MSN page on my compueter, but I can't

I have tried deleting the user (meaning me) and adding a user (meaning me) and it doesn't fix it. I have a hotmail account user name. I have tried updating every thing that Windows Update has to offer...drivers, critical updates. I have gone into Internet Options and checked every little thing...reset security settings...default settings...nothing is making this issue better

Is there ANYONE else experiencing this or am I the only one

I've had the same problem. I actually got a lengthy response
(instuctions that we clearly meant for professionals) from MSN help,
but when I asked a few questions they never got back with me.
