Who answers these questions?

Are these questions answered by consumers, or are they actually answered by a
tech employee with Microsoft Windows? What's the turn-around time to get an
answer to a posted question?

Turn around time depends on the question, and the completeness of the
information and the likelyhood someone else has had the problem, whatever is
on TV keeping people away from their computers, and of course the humidity.

Just wanted to say thanks to those that responed to my previous questions.

I need to capture analog video from my camcorder and convert it into digital
on my hard drive. I know that I need a PCI internal capture card or an
external convertor box; the problem I'm having is finding ONLY what I need
without the extras coming with it.
For almost three months now, I've been researching different products on
the web and consulting with Dell to find the right capture device. Everything
I'm finding has editing software with it. I want to use my Windows Movie
Maker for that purpose. I don't see any reason to purchase something that has
extras to it that I don't need ... Does anyone know of any internal or
external capture device that DOES NOT have editing software included with the
product. Any ideas are appreciated.
