Whive IE Plugins are installed ? Remove one ?

I'm running Internet Explorer 6.0.2800.1106IC
on my Win 2000 PC.

How can I get to know which IE Plugins are installed,
and how can I remove an IE Plugin ?

That will only show protocol handler applications, not IE ActiveX
controls (plugins).

I was recently advises to download an run the
freeware program TOOLBARCOP,
and with this program I was able to do
exactly what I wanted ! Thanks !
