Whitelist Address Book/Contacts

Is it possible to whitelist all my contacts without adding them one by one
and/or altering the list every time I add somebody to my contacts?
 
Tools, Junk E-mail Options, Safe Senders, check the option
"Also trust e-mails from my Windows Contacts."

I did try Google first but I was specifically looking for whitelist but
without success.
