White bands across print

I use the inexpensive Lexmark Z23 that came bundled with my PC. It
usually gives reasonable prints, whether colour or b/w. But it's now
producing thin white bands across the picture. I've gone through the
clean nozzles and alignment routines, but still no good. According to
utility, cartridges still have plenty of ink left.

What could be cause and how can I try to fix please?

Some nozzles may be clogged to the point that normal cleaning and
mantenance will not rectify the problem. Try rapping the cartrinde on
a table, then try steaming it if that doesn't work.
