I have used this feature at another place of employment but do not know how to access it for use now.

Any help is appreciated--thanks!

If you are in an Exchange environment (ask your administrator if you do
notknow) you can set the Out of the Office Assistant which is located under
Tools.

If you are not in an Exchange environment you can create a rule that replies
on all e-mails. The downside of this is that you'll have to have your
Outlook open all the time for the rules to process. Make sure you set some
exceptions (for instance based on the subject field so it will not reply on
subject with e.g. reply, failed, undeliverable, etc...) otherwhise you could
create endless mailloops between two mailservers and those can be a real
threat to the mailservers!

Tips of the month:
-Creating Signatures
-Create an Office XP CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 3

it's a custom form - it should be in the office downloads section at
Microsoft.. a link to it (and other forms) is at

Yes it is, but it may need published to work with the newer SPs. Add the pst
to your profile and open the form, then tools, forms, publish form.

Is this compatible w/Outlook 2000? I've downloaded the form but when I
double click to install---nothing happens---I've placed it on my desktop
(is this the right location??)

Any info you can provide will be appreciated--

Thanks,

This is not what I'm looking for but thanks---this has to do with
telephone messages that can be emailed to individual's mailbox. The
format of this feature eliminates the "pink" While You Were Out" slips
in
many office environments.

Diane--

This is as clear as mud to me---is this something my network administrator needs to do or is it something I can do from my work station once I've downloaded the form?

Can you clarify the answer a little more for me?

Thanks!

Try these steps: http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/publish_form.htm

in most cases you can do it yourself, especially to your own mailbox. Some
admins won't let you publish to the organizational library.
