I am sure in the old Outlook 98 there was a "while you were out" form or
template to so the little pink phone slips were sent by email. I have
searched and can't seem to find this for Outlook 2003. This is a very
common need so I am "sure" there must be a form/ template Stationary or
something. Can anyone help locate?

Thanks

Thanks for the link. I have sucessfully (I think) installed the form on my
computer. When I try to publish it to the organizational forms library I
get "an unexpected error has occurred with no additional info. How do I
troubleshoot that.
Running SBS 2003, Outlook 2003 on client. Doesnt seem like getting an
emailable phone slip should be this difficult. Thanks.

Do you have permission to create items in the Org Forms library? Does it
publish OK to your local Personal Forms library?

I have administrator rights on the Server. I did not have administrator
rights on the XP machine for my domain sign in. I granted that and it seems
to allow me to publish to both personal and server. However when I go to
another workstation and open outlook the form is not available on that
machine. I thought putting in the Eforms made it available on each Outlook
workstation.
How do I get it available on the other workstations.?
thanks for you help.

The newsgroup interface you are using apparently does not quote earlier
messages in the thread, making your latest message so short on detail that
you risk not getting the answer you're looking form. Please take the time to
quote the original message.

Are you publishing to Organization Forms? Personal Forms? Individual
folders? How are you trying to launch the form? If it's in Org Forms, all
users should be able to launch it from there.
