Which would be best for quiet performance?

I'm trying to spec up a new system that gives me the best performance whilst
being quiet. I'm currently looking at either Sapphire ATI Radeon X1300
512MB DDR2 AVIVO TV-Out/DVI (PCI-Express) or Gigabyte ATI Fanless X800XL
256MB PCI-E. Can anyone offer an opinion as to which would give me most
bang for my buck? Or offer better solutions?

Any card with passive cooling is going to be a lot quieter than a card
with a heatsink and fan. In this case, the X800XL would definately be
the quieter card and also the better performer. The X1300 is from the
mid/entry level family of ATI cards. The X800XL is from their
performance line of cards. If you want new tech, consider an X1800XL if
you can find one.

Thanks, anyone doing a fanless X1800XL?
