Which virus makes the firewall and antivirus shut down ???

Hi,
I'm running WinXP and I think I've got a virus because I'm not
able to start neither the firewall nor the antivirus
software...they open just for a second and then close suddenly
I need to know which virus could be in order to download the
removal tool
Could anyone help me please !

scan.

Go to http://www3.ca.com/Solutions/Collateral.asp?CID=40387 to find the
relevant cleaning utility.
