Which version of Powerpoint for Windows ME?

I have Windows ME on my computer.

I have been told Powerpoint 2003 will not run on my OS, it runs on XP only.

Is this true?

If this is true, how about 2002 or 2000 versions of PP?

PowerPoint 2002 and 2000 both run on ME. However, you'll have trouble
finding them in stores, since Office 2003 has been released. You'll
probably have to shop at the auction sites. But I wouldn't overlook the
other alternative - - upgrade your OS to Windows 2000 or XP. Office 2003
applications run on both.
