Which software?

Can anyone recommend movie making software which is free or inexpensive,
accepts any file type and is similar to WMM? I have tried many of the movie
makers found on the goggle search but they were not that good or too
confusiing.

I don't know if you are allowed to mention other software on here but if it
is permitted I would appreciate any suggestions so that I can continue to
make video's for my youtube channel. Thanks.

It doesn't include my favorite one.... Windows Movie Maker... good luck with

I doubt you'll get one which works with all file types, as there litterally
are hundreds of them, maybe thousands, there are over 800 different avi file
types...........
Decide which file format you want/need to work with and then work on finding
the app. to go with it.
