which resume to use when applying for technical foreman position

I'm trying to decide which resume to use from microsoft.com site , to apply
for a foreman position comcast technical department
 
Hi, mgreen. We are Microsoft Word persons, not employment or hiring persons
(or at least most are not, I assume). I don't know how we could possibly
