Which radeon to pair with 1800XP?

Does anybody know which Radeon card will be "maxed out" performance wise by
an AMD 1800XP+ CPU?

I am looking into a Radeon 9800 PRO, but if my CPU isn't going to push the
card properly, then will I only be getting 9600 or 9700 performance?

The 9800 Pro or 9700 Pro with their 256bit memory path with always
outperform a 128bit 9600XT even on an XP1800+.
 
I have a Powercooler 9600Pro with my 1800+, even with my fsb at 147.?. this
card is under powered by the proc.
