Which one would you purchase?

I can't vouch for it myself but the Scythe Ninja is meant to be really good at around thirty quid.

The Thermaltake Mini Typhoon looks to be good value for around £24.00 and I'd certainly take a chance on buying one, the design looks good and it's had some good reviews.

I favour Zalman myself, I'm using a CNPS8000 on my AM2 chip and it runs quiet and does a good job for around twenty five quid.

Thermalright coolers are also usually good and may be worth looking at.

I had a bit of a job finding any stockists for Thermaltake coolers, but Dabs & Novatech stock the mini typhoon. Of those two, I'd use Novatech.

Yes it is hard to find a decent stockist of Thermaltake coolers.
I have read review after review and surprisingly Thermaltake come out on top 9/10 times the same as Zalman but? the price is somewhat over the top for Zalman Makes you wonder as to why you can`t get a decent stockist for Thermaltake.

You can try out me slightly modified Ninja Plus B for the cost of the postage if you like . :o

Eh? Thermaltake = £23.44, Zalman = £25.26.

Are you really that fussed over £1.82? ;)

They're both good, anyway :)

Postage (inc. VAT) for either of those coolers from Novatech is £2.93 (5 working days delivery) or £4.10 for next working day delivery, which is better than OCUK's £8.00 delivery charge.

Bit of a shame about OCUK's postage charges actually, only worthwhile if you place a big order.

Might be worth a look at E-Buyer or ARIA as they have the Google Checkout offer wiith £10.00 of .

I use a few of those on me quads - excellent, the Thermalright Ultra 120's are great too - but both probably a bit OTT for what your looking for I would imagine.

Think I wiil put the puter in the freezer:lol:
