Which newsgroup?

Is there a clue out here somewhere about which newsgroup I need to post my
question to? Why do we have so many?

Why are there drawers and dividers in a file cabinet? It makes it easier to
know where to place something and where to find something!

I know it sounded like a dumb question, but it's really not.

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/newsgroups/default.asp

This link adds a tiny bit of guidance by categorizing each group into larger
groups (Getting Started, Being Productive), but still no longer description
about what "Help and Support" means.

FWIW, my original question was:
=========================================================
I would like to create a new user in Windows XP pro that is exactly like my
current user, except without all the excess Startup folder stuff -- kind of
a fast startup mode. The problem is when I go to My Computer, Properties,
Advanced, User Profiles Settings, and highlighted my "main" (and so far
only) user, the "Copy To" button is disabled. Why so?

Is there another way to perform the same function?

For what it's worth this is a Dell Inspiron 8200 notebook, not connected to
any network.
========================================================

IMHO, this could go to "General", "Help and Support", "Setup and
Deployment", "Security and Administration", "Customizing Your Computer", or
"Performance and Maintenance".

I chose Help and Support, where someone posted a work-around.

Why do I care? If there were fewer newsgroups, I could open the one or two
relevant ones and search for the topic I'm interested in, perhaps finding
the answer already posted. If I have to search 5 or 6 newsgroups, I won't
bother, I'll just ask the question.

Dave.
