Which Method of Defrag

MVP Mike Maltby once stated that the MS defrag and "other" utilities like
Diskkeeper Lite that I've used behave differently and probably one or the
other should be chosen versus a mix. With a new computer and new to XP (from
Me) I wonder what the latest thoughts are on what is the better Defrag
choice. DK Lite has been uncomplicated but Quality is the Goal. Thanks.

Sorry, I didn't see the post below and although Diskkeeper Lite not
mentioned, I'll investigate those suggestions.
