Which MB's take PC3500,3700,4000 RAM?

For all I can see, consumer level MB's top at PC3200. So what's the
point of PC3200+ RAM?

I haven't seen any mobo's that take anything more than 3200, I think the
purpose of 3500+ is for overclockers to boost the speed of the RAM and CPU.

The motherboards don't stop at 200MHz, just the CPU spec'd speed does,
TODAY. With a board allowing FSB & memory speed increase you'll
obviously get higher performance from higher FSB & memory rate,
providing it's still stable... just depends on what's important to
you.

I hope all of this is true... Just ordered some PC4200 (DDR533) memory from
NCIX... Going on an Asus P4C 800 Deluxe board with a 2.6Ghz P4.

I do not know the upper limit the PLLIC or BIOS allows for that
specific motherboard, as the upper limit that can be set is determined
by what that motherboard manufacturer allows even when the CPU,
chipset, and memory "could" go higher. So when I wrote
"motherboards", I meant the technology, what's possible and is allowed
on o'c-oriented boards... certainly ALL can't go higher because some,
particularly those targeted towards OEMs, have limited settings.
