I think most LINQ books will talk about either C# 3.0 or VB9,
depending on the edition.

I've written a review of Pro LINQ - Language Integrated Query in C#
2008, by Joe Rattz, which may interest you:
http://msmvps.com/blogs/jon_skeet/a...-integrated-query-in-c-2008-by-joe-rattz.aspx

I've also got LINQ in Action, which I haven't read from cover to cover
but which has been excellent in the areas I've read.

Various other books (C# 3.0 in a Nutshell, Accelerated C# 2008 or my
own book, C# in Depth) have some LINQ coverage but don't make it a
major focus area.
