My current 2.6 Celeron 400 fsb or a P4 2.4 400fsb? Also, is there a site
which displays comparison charts of cpu's?

P4 is faster.

There's a reason the Celeron's are cheaper. Cache speeds up things a WHOLE
lot. For some users - those who only use basic functions - you may not
notice, but if you play with multimedia in any way - the P4 will outperform
the equal speed celeron every time.
