The ATT in Omega's package is a special version, according
to the instructions on Omega's web site. That's why he suggests
you remove the old ATI Tray Tools, before installing the one with
his driver package.

The ATT overclocks and a whole lot more. Basically
it does the same functions, but in the case of the one
on Omega's the two authors have worked together to
optimize the program relative to the BIOS.
Should be the same for both since it works independently from any driver you
use.
However,if tweaked drivers have buildt in overclocking features you should
use that and forget about atitool.
I used the overclocking tool from sapphire(can't recall the name) and
although it offered many options(which I don't need)it acted the same with
higher clock settings. So I use atitool because it eats little to no
resources.
