which card would you buy? ati 9600 xt 256mb or 9800 pro 128 mb?

Looking to replace my geforce2 mx 32 mb card. Also looking to spend ~150
bucks, which is either the ati 9600xt with 256 mb of ram or the ati 9800
pro with 128 mb... Which would you buy? Are the new pathways in the 9800
more desirable than more memory or no?
