which asus mb had most multiplier selections for xp2400+

I've been looking at A7V8X & A7N8X mb's. I have a xp2400+ and my A7V266E is
going bad. I don't plan to do any serious overclocking, just want to run
166 fsb.

Either one will run your cpu properly at 166fsb.

The A7V8X would be a bit cheaper to buy.
 
Sounds like u gonna rip the pants out of that cpu.So go for the Epox
8RDA+.....Other ways u wouldnt ask for the " most multi selection" .

Not exactly. From what I have read, then lowest multiplier for a A7N8X will
be 12.5. I was looking for a 12x multiplier. I want additional memory
bandwidth AND stability for CAD work. Stability will be the most important
factor.
