Hi,

now m using avast 4.8 version but my computer is still infected by
numbers of Dangerous virus..Please suggest me which one best for remove
all viruses from my PC

Thanks

I will gladly help you, but first, can you please tell me what is the best
car.

There are many AV vendors, some free, some not. Some over-weight "suits"
that do little more than clogging your computer and slowing it to a
standstill, some are quick, slim, and easy to use. Which one is best?

I use NOD32 and never had an issue. Some clients I know use S&^&tec's
corporate AV product (if you can call it that) or the S%#$tec "solution" for
Exchange AV protection, and also claim never to have a virus. Sure they
don't. When they uninstall it and install other AVs they suddenly discover
hundreds of viruses...

So, which one is better?

In the end - the best is the one you actually use and that protects your
system. The latter part is easier to help you with... Avast, AVG, etc -
will all protect your system - a few better than others.

( Good Comparison Page for AV software: http://www.av-comparatives.org/ )

AntiVir (Free and up)
http://www.free-av.com/

avast! (Free and up)
http://www.avast.com/

AVG Anti-Virus System (Free and up)
http://free.grisoft.com/

eset NOD32 (~$39.00 and up)
http://www.eset.com/products/

Kaspersky Anti-Virus (~$39.95 and up)
http://www.kaspersky.com/kaspersky_anti-virus

McAfee VirusScan (~$39.99 and up)
http://www.mcafee.com/

Panda Antivirus (~$39.95 and up)
http://www.pandasecurity.com/homeusers/solutions/antivirus/
(Free Online Scanner:
http://www.pandasecurity.com/homeusers/solutions/activescan/)

Symantec (Norton) AntiVirus (~$39.99 and up)
http://snipurl.com/13e12

There are more - but which one you uise is something you will need to
decide. I do recommend that which ever one you go with - get *just* an
AntiVirus.... Don't get some all-in-one resource hog.

Now - as you say your computer is still infested... Cleamn it up and/or
take it someplace where someone who can clean it up will do it for you. You
may even want to just clean install it - as you may not get rid of whatever
is there - or the time-cost to do so may be very high.

What indications are you getting that you are infected? What "Dangerous
Virus" are you referring to? If this is a web page that is saying you
are infected, it is bogus. No web page can tell if you are infected.

I would recommend downloading a good anti-spyware program. I use Spybot
search and destroy because it both protects my registry and black-holes
many malware and ad sites.

How do you know you still have "dangerous viruses" on your PC?

If Avast is not able to clean your PC,
maybe it is time to consider a fresh install of your Windows.

You might try AVG, another free one availalbe, but ... have you also
realized you have to check for things that antivirus software does not?
Such as trojans, worms, distributors, etc. etc. etc.. For those you
need a set of programs to look for spyware and malware. Have you run
those?

Did you update your Avast before running it? Everything has to be very
recently updated to be certain you're getting the best detection and
protection.

More details on "Dangerous virus" would be a big help too; they may not
be virus but other types of malware.

Or look for other spyware/malware.

That also crossed my mind.
But until we know more about "numbers of dangerous viruses",
(numerous viruses?) it is just guessing about the nature and the amount
of malware on the PC of OP.
