Which ADSL Microfilter?

Hi,

Hope I'm in right section.

I need to purchase an ADSL Microfilter and in terms of price etc I came across two, but need bit of guidance on which to go for please:

1) Usually provided by providers such as Sky when they install Wireless Router:
