Where've my 'Special Folders' gone?

Hi,
I have a PC with 2 hard drives - one for programs and the other for data.

I changed my data drive to a larger one, copying my files from one partition
to another. Using TweakUI, I set my special folders to the appropriate
partitions and folders (e.g. My Music, My Documents, etc.) and tested they
were recognised before removing the old drive.

Now, TweakUI doesn't even list the special folders, let alone allow me to
set them - even My Favourites!

Can someone tell me how to set these, please, even if it means doing so in
the registry?
