Where's winfile?

I just installed win xp and can't find winfile.exe. If it
isn't with xp can I download it. Any help would be
appreciated...I hate explorer.
 
Windows XP does not have "winfile.exe".
Visit http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
and scroll down to Item #71 (right column) and download
WinFile.Exe .
