where's the vs.net command prompt?

Didn't they used to have a bat file that combined
VCVARS32.BAT with launching a command prompt?
I can't find it in my DotNet directories or in
my Visual Studio tools menu.

thanks for any memory-jogging...

On my laptop it's in:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Common7\Tools
