To find a detailed listing of the program errors or whatever else suits you
;-) open up the control panel and switch to the classic view (typically
found in the upper left (or simply go to 'performance and maintance' in
catagory view)) now go to the 'administrative tools' icon and open up the
'event viewer' link... Tada! I hope this is what you were looking for ;-)

also - chk the dr watson entries - ie
go start/help and support/tools/
go my computer information/
go view a list of ms software installed on this comp
go scroll to bottom for any dr watson info
