Where's the link?

I'm trying to upgrade from Windows 2000 to Windows XP. When I get to step 3 (Upgrade BIOS).It asks for me to "Click on BIOS link to download the BIOS to the floppy disk". There is no BIOS link to click on. What should I do?

Ask your motherboard's manufacturer. Only they would have the
necessary files and information.

Where are you reading these instructions, or what sort of upgrade disk do
you have? I've never seen a retail upgrade ask for anything to do with the
bios....

If it's a customized upgrade CD from an OEM, you're going to have to ask
them, as they're the only ones who know what they've added to the
installation.
