Where's my recycle bin?

I want to empty my recycle bin, but I can't find it!

I have (to my chagrin) XP as my operating system and it's so use
unfriendly.

I have clicked on the empty desktop, gone to properties - no help!

I have searched my hard drive (C) - it can't find it.

Does it have one?????

What do I do
