Where's all the old key shortcuts?

Whatever happened to ctrl+shift+F2 to go back to last line
you were at in the editor... or shift+F2 to go to
definition? Are these oldies not in .Net?

set your profile to visual basic 6 on the start page under
myprofile:keyboard scheme

Go to Tools / Options and under Environment, click Keyboard.

You can pick a keyboard mapping scheme or create your own from an existing
one.
