where'd the pop-up toolbar go?

ME

isn't the microsoft anti-spyware supposed to protect
against pop-ups? If so, why can't I see the pop-up
blocker toolbar on my internet screen? It seems to have
been disengaged or just stopped working altogether
because I am drowning in pop-ups! Please help.
 
Microsoft Antispyware does not contain a popup blocker, nor should it
interfere with any that you already have.
