A regularly updated collection of design templates are available from
Microsoft's Office Online web site.

You can also use the site to request additional types of designs and
templates for PowerPoint.

If you are using PowerPoint 2003, the design templates from earlier
versions of PowerPoint can be downloaded from the Office Online site as
three separate templates packs:
