Where to Insert A Tab

I have designed a form with 'Header', 'Detail' and 'Footer' sections.
I now need to insert Tab into this form. Which section shall I drag
the Tab Control to?

*When I add the Tab to the Header section, whatever changes I made
applies to both tabs, I can't differentiate them.

Advice please? Thanks.

Normally the Tab goes in the Detail section.

Not sure what you mean by that. I think your saying you placed a control on
one Tab, and you see it on the other Tab as well.

Whenever you place a control on a Tab in Design Mode, you must have first
selected the Tab (by clicking the name tag). Select the appropriate Tab,
and then you can drag fields from the Field List, or a control from the
Toolbox... onto the selected Tab.
OR, if you have a control already and want to place it on the Tab... "Cut"
that control, select the appropriate Tab, and
"Paste" the control onto it.
