Where to go from here??

I've got the file/folders downloaded to my HD via FTP app. When I try to
OPEN SITE from FP (browsing out to local folder) it doesn't recognize it as a
"web site". I missed something obvious. Please help! Thank you!
 
Are you sure you got the entire web using ftp??

If so, Open FP, browse to the folder that contains your web, right click
the folder and select "Convert to Web"
