Where to go for guideance

I am a photojournalist working with a number of reporters and editors, and I
am looking for a better way to receive, track and schedule photo assignments.
BCM appears to have potential to do this. I lack the time to learn the
software only to discover it can not do what I have in mind.
Is there some link, or a live person, that can confirm BCM is capible of
doing what I want / need it to do for my particular business needs before I
start investing time & money into the application?
 
iCal and Mail and iPhoto all intergrate extremely well but your probably not
using a Mac, if you do decide to get a mac I'll give you a had making
automator scripts along with the first setup.
