where to get old drivers?

Hi! I have been given a P3 pc and needed its soundcard driver : CM18738-PCI
SX I thinks its old probably year 2002 and at yahoo search I find that
its manufacturer does not list anymore. where can I get its download?
Can anyone help me please?
