I was watching a video in preparation for getting out SBS 2003 up and
running, and it said that this comes with the SBS. However, we have regular
old Outlook. Since BCM is probably just what we need, where can I get it? I
can't even find it in the office products section. TIA!

Hi just tere,

you will need the "Small Business Office 2003" version. With the normal
"Office 2003" version the BCM is not included. It is on a second CD of the
Office 2003 small business version.

That's where I installed our Outlook from. We're a Word Perfect shop for
everything else. So, I don't HAVE office installed. Why isn't it BCM? Any
clues?

Hi just tere

BCM is an Addin for Outlook, so you will need Outlook 2002 or 2003.
Without Outlook you can not use the BCM
Without an Office 2003 Small Business Version or Office Professionell
version you don´t have BCM.

The BCM is an additional (untill now "Freeware") solution that you get with
the Office Professionell or Office Small Business Edition of Office 2003 and
you must have Outlook installed.

I have Outlook. So, I have to add the add-in? Where do I get it to do that?
The second disk of SBS 2003? is that what everyone is saying? Why doesn't
someone just SAY so?
