where to find windows style object?

im looking for an object like the windows availability gui that lets you
drag a block of times. like when you can restrict login access for a user.
you can drag 9-5pm Mon-Fri and allow and all other times are disallowed.

im looking for a module or activex object for A2K - even commercial is fine.
