Where to find stock video footage for Powerpoint

I am looking to jazz up a couple presentations I have with some video
on some of the slides. I am looking for stock video of People and
Cars.

Anyone know a decent website to download from? I don't want to pay
the $100 a clip some sites charge for full resolution digital stuff,
and I don't need a CD set of 500 clips. Just a few. I just need
320X240 or 800X640 or something. Loopable would be nice.

Any ideas?
