Where to find sp3 that doesn't require internet installation?

I was directed to an address at support.microsoft.com where there was
supposed to be a non internet installation sp3 download available but it
wasn't there. The closest I thing I could see was from the UK and I had
trouble getting the download to start. Can someone give me the link for
this particular sp3 download.

I like that site, but nowhere could I find a link to download sp3. sp4, at
129mb, yes!, but not sp3. If you know where such a link is would you please
tell me.

Always try microsoft first before u go and try others I found everything
there to date related to microsoft...

This is full download for sp3 and u dont need to connect to internet after
downloading this its full 128meg I believe...

You can find all there sp,2,3 and 4 for w2k and Xp etc
