Where to find high school academic transcript template?

I am a student in IT, and am interested in finding a template for high school
academic transcripts. Is there such a thing or do I try to create onemyself?
 
Are you trying to create a transcript in MS Access, the database
application. IF so, you'd need to tell us something about the structure of
your database. This would be a report.
 
I would start by calling a couple of high schools and asking the
administrative assistant if the transcript is a standardized format or if
each school creates its own. I don't know what you mean by template. Are
you looking for a database that someone created or are you just looking for
a standard form? I'm guessing that in this day of computerization, each
school already has the ability to create a transcript report from the
information stored in its mainframe/big server system.
