Slot 1 has the RAMBUS module below; slot 2 has a dummy module.

Model : 4R128CEE6C-745
Type : 128MB RDRAM RIMM
Technology : 8x(128Mx16)
Speed : PC714-45 2-2
Version : 1.0
Date of Manufacture : 17 June 2000
Set Timing @ 372MHz : 2-2
Set Timing @ 300MHz : 2-2

Where can I find a matching 128MB PC714 RDRAM module? I've checked Ebay
and online retailers as well.

Why not start your search with a search engine and the keyword
"PC700". That will turn up companies claiming to still be
selling RDRAM. I see one company that still claims to have
Kingston RDRAM. If one of those companies has a compatibility
database, and your machine brand and model number is in
there, you may be able to find some PC700 45ns access memory
to match. Then just buy a pair of sticks from them, or just buy
one stick if it is big enough for what you want.

Is PC700 ram equivalent to PC714 ram? I've read here that the ram
modules must match up exactly if I am not buying them as a pair (I
don't plan on spending too much on the old PC I'm trying to resurrect)
